Zizini
Arts Center strives to be a fountain of cultural awareness
within the community, the nation, and the world. Through its
collection of arts, crafts, foods, music, and literature one
can have the experience
of immersing oneself into a variety of rich African cultures.
Zizini aims to foster peace and understanding through trade
and cultural exchange by encouraging volunteerism in cultural
tourism and promotion of competitive Artists who would otherwise
be disadvantaged due to geographical location.
The
primary goal of Zizini Arts Center is to provide a vehicle
and market for artists and crafters throughout Africa and
subsequently enable these artists to provide a sustainable
income for themselves. Through our interaction with these
artists, we maintain a consistent fair trade policy and seek
to provide assistance while pursuing the objective of self-sufficiency.
We will be successful in reaching this goal by applying our
core operating principles to every aspect of our work.
