Paul Joan Ryan and Leah Verrillo

We visited your store last summer and purchased a leather stool with a lions head painted on it and a pair of sandals. My son Ryan spoke a few words in Swahili to you and you taught him a few new ones. Ryan has not forgotten the day and has taken to heart your wishing that your store becomes " a link for cultural understanding." Ryan has been studying Kenya in school and is doing a report on the area and has brought in to school the items from your store as well as information from your web site. He has spoken to his classmates about his friend (rafiki) Allan from Hyannis. As Ryan mentions his visit to your store often I just thought we would drop you a line to let you know that your kindness during our visit really impressed a young man and has inspired him to learn more about your homeland.
